SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 10-14 working days for your package to arrive. Extended processing and shipping times may vary due to the holiday season & COVID-19. We will do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure your address and contact information is correct when placing your order.
All BluPhalcon LLC gear is manufactured, packaged and shipped when payment processing is complete. Once completed, A tracking number will be sent to your email after your order is dispatched.
We ship with several couriers depending on the destination city or country. When shipping BluPhalcon LLC. uses the best carrier available for the given destination timeline.
Once your package is handed over to couriers, BluPhalcon LLC. is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to couriers.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
48 HOUR RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective. We design BluPhalcon gear to help you perform at peak level, so if you received a damaged, incorrect size or item. Contact us via email at 4bluphalcon@gmail.com with your order number, a picture of the damaged or incorrect gear, a message identifying your issue and what you would like to do to solve this issue. Within the 48 hour return period, any gear that has been worn, washed, or has missing tags will NOT be eligible for return. This is due to sanitary and health risk reasons, so please inspect your purchase and if there are any issues such as damaged, incorrect size or items; we can make it right as soon as possible.
Please note after 48 hours of you receiving BluPhalcon LLC gear you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund or exchange for gear.
